I have a question here for you guys. I was playing on the Angry Angels server:

And was flying a helo on Ghost Town and half of the map I was being camped by AA flying in my helo. At first I did not know where this came from so I avoided and then eventually died. Finally I caught a glimpse of where all the AA fire was coming from and it was from an AA vehicle inside the norther russian non-cap. I then fired on it and eventually died.
I then got the following message on the top of the screen
"Magik Empire do not attack non-caps" Warning. I then proceded to talk with the admin and ask if they were serious. That is when the admin AA_Venom got on (who was the one camping in the AA Vehicle) and said I was attacking a non-cap. I said if I am fired upon with an AA Vehicle I will defend myself. He then went on to say "server rules". I said "Its exploiting the non-cap rule as there is no area of the norther part of the map that a helo could fly without him firing upon it".
He then said "If you don't like it leave or be banned". I said "I will fire if I am fired upon, if you need to ban me, do it". He then banned me
So here is the question:
Is it ok for someone to sit in an AA Vehicle and camp helos then when fired upon state "Don't fire at the non-cap"?
