weapons wiggin out

have you ever had this happen when you start to walk/run your weapon kinda goes down to the lower right as if you're running but in a bouncy glitchy way?

it's really pissin me off it does it almost all the time but the game itself isn't laggy so wtf is going on?

ok look morons, read what i said. its not the sprint animation. what happens is for example, when you DO sprint the weapon moves down obviously, but imagine it always doing it very fast from the normal weapon view to sprint, as though you would be hittin shift very fast. its almost like lag, but its not. it's hard to explain but it's doing it on my 2nd pc and i can't figure out why.

it only does it when you move, if you stay still the weapon doesnt move but as soon as you either walk, prone/move, or sprint, the weapon bounces very fast in a lag type motion.

I have problems with my weapons scoping and unscoping at the most inconvenient of times.

It's especially frustrating with the sniper rifle.

Oh sorry... that explains it much better. Yes it is lag and it happens often to me too. The sniper zoom issue is also frustrating.

The way I understand it your keyboard could be giving the game multiple inputs as you press the forward key. As we all know double-tapping the forward-key makes one sprint in BF2. This could be causing the split-second switch to sprint.
Have you tried if using a different keyboard solves the problem?

On the other side, it could also just be a lag issue as already stated by others. We all have those from time to time...

hmm, it might be the keyboard but it doesnt do it in call of duty 2, figured if that was the case, both being FPS games... but it seems to be fine with that.

Yeah, it's just really annoying for my roomate (he uses my 2nd pc), and hearing him ***** constantly and eventually quitting out of the game really blows.

In COD there is no sprint feature when you double-tap your forward key afaik.
I would really try another keyboard.
I do encounter the scope bug quiet frequently, but not the problem that you are describing.
