Well, A few times I have been playing Dalian Plant and got into a tank battle with 2 other tanks and NONE of uss would die. We drove around the whole map just shooting each other and nothign would happen. Nothing could kill any of us. Hellfire missles, bombs, c4...nothing. It was **** funny but weird.
On the medic bags, if you look at the distance indicator for them (20+m) it would indicate they're not in the room but instead down on the first floor. Lacking other info, I'd say there were one or more medics outside the door and/or down on the first floor. Personally I haven't tried reviving through the floor but I'll give it a try next time I'm on Warlord.
It's possible he is just "spawning" since the screenshots are of an insurgent on a SAS flag. I think the guy was respawning, otherwise you would see the kills one after each other on the top left of the screen, there is some time in between each kill.
