      Re: Lan game?

      just create a co-op game and have your wife join by ip

      if you need the ip - then (from the computer your starting the game from) go Start>Run... then type "cmd" hit enter and type "ipconfig" and hit enter.

        You do...
        Go to Multiplayer>LAN>Create LAN
        Set the configurations, Game Type: Co-op.
        Co-op settings, hardness, etc.
        Select the Maps wanted.
        Create Server (Play)
        =======================

        Your wife does...
        Go to Multiplayer>LAN
        There should be the server listings area with the server.
        Click on the server, "Join Game".
        =======================

        Wa-la, your done and you and your wife can play. Good to Go.

          Actually Multiplayer > Create Local and Multiplayer > Join Local but otherwise correct. BF2 (and many other games) use "Local" to mean LAN. (The join by ip option was only required before patch 1.3 when you had to use a SP game as a server.)
