He's talking about the crew service specialist ribbon in SF, not the regular BF2. It has harder requirements than the regular crew service ribbon.:)

You dont need your 10 kills to be in a vehicle, just 10 kills in the round. I still need mine for SF, mainly due to the driver not having a kit to get an ability point. Still, if I tried for it (which Ill do a little later), I dont see having too much trouble getting it. Teamwork is the key though, if you have a buddy you play with, this award will come quickly.
