I did not make the video nor do I no anything about uploading, compresion, or video hosting

thats why I made this topic - hopefully someone can do it for me

BTW: the video took about 3 months to film and edit.... its goood

Do you have the actual video?

Cause all you have to do on f-forge.com is click "Browse..." and then select the video and then post a link to the video on the forums. :)

Wow, that's huge! It must be an MPG? Have you tried converting it to XviD or even WMV? Because 20 minutes should only be 160MB, if it's a high quality XviD.
