I just shoot a SRAW on sticking feet on Daliant Plant just after i read this post
We all see the guy on the UAV and he was hunted by all the team next to him. I was too far away to get the kill in the "right way" and I want to try if it's true, so I aimed a SRAW on his feets and... Yea.. it's true
ive seen al ot of this in DoD and any other games where players can go prone and have their feet stick out...so i try to keep that in mind when i go prone and hide...but this question is like...do u shoot at a guy while hes reloading...do u knife the commmander when hes in commander zone and cant see u....oF COURSE

This is not about shooting through walls. This is about shooting feet that are sticking out of walls.

Re: Testing Your Conscience: Feet Through Walls
Though I would usually just stab it, I came across a foot sticking out of the flag area of the hotel at Karkand and thought about this thread. I thought maybe I should do the right thing so I ran up the stairs popped around the corner looked dead at him, with my finger on the right click button to scope and then got hit by his claymore .
Stab his feet until they fall off. And btw, even such an old game like Ghost Recon didn't have this kind of thing, you couldn't prone to a wall so close, just like in DoD or CoD.

Re: Testing Your Conscience: Feet Through Walls
My vote is "No".
If i was stupid enough to have my foot sticking out of the other side of a fence i would expect to get shot/knifed. When you're trying to conceal yourself you should consider that if the place you're hiding in is narrow, if you prone this is probably going to happen.
In this case I have to say no.. I use that "feature" of the game-engine to my advantage aswell.. If I see feet sticking out, I shoot them..
It's simply a flaw in the game's engine which probably will never be fixed (because it probably can't be fixed).. Clipping like that is solved in other game engines, like i.e. Valve's Source engine.. Then you won't have such issues anymore.. So we just have to wait for a new and better engine together with a new BF game to see this "fixed"..

um......is this a serious question??
im not gonna see an easy kil and go 'wait, no, im not gonna kill him cause it is a problem in the bf2 engine so im gonna be the better man and walk away from an easy kill cause i want to be 'honorable'
