What another beta?

"Hello everyone! Based on player feedback and bug reporting we are moving forward with our second 1.4 Beta version". What another beta? My god do we get paid for doing your job? :wall: .

I am now frustrated with BF2 and all the current issues and will be giving it a break until the official patch is out. Just played a few games today and crashed out so many times it is now getting frustrating and sick of loosing points and idiots using the glitch in the wall. Well I look forward to the new patch and before anyone say beta test it I have done with the first one and reported faults that I have found.

E&A job application wanted beta testers who will do this for free

Be glad they're even doing an open beta. It's better than them suddenly releasing a patch with features and fixes NOBODY asked for, along with the mandatory inexplainable catastrophic bug.

I do agree with you. But it frustrating when all I want is to play a game until I want to come off not to find out will I crash out when I join.

Imagine how much more whining you would do if they released it "as-is" with beta-1's gameplay. Be thankful they listened to the open testing community and made improvements.

Dice/EA announced that there would be a multi-step beta test in progress where everyone could participate. I don't where you ahve been but it's been widely known for some time now. The beta comes after so many people complaining about things being left out of the game and things being overdone. If you don't want to play the beta then dont. This an opportunity for you to have a say in what happens with the game in the future.
