Rank not updating

    Rank not updating

    I've been promoted to Sergeant and earned several awards the last 5-6x I have played, but my stats are not updating and everytime I stop playing and start again a day or so later, I'm still at my previous rank. I'm kinda tired of every time I play getting notified of my promotion and then not getting it.

    Any ideas?

    And yes, I only play in ranked servers. Running 1.3 patch

      this happened with my rank...what i did was joined another server...got alota kills,paused it and it said rank promoted!choose unlock...and i had my new rank

          tried that too...just did not work either. I'll try it again though. thanks

              no prob...try contacting EA maybe?
