What do you guys think? Actually possible to get 20 heals now in a round? Or will there be so many medics that it won't be possible?

It will still be possible because rounds will probably last forever. Everybody being a medic means everybody getting revived, so most, if any, ticket loss will come from ticket bleed. Rounds will last an eternity, likely making all of the expert kit badges easier to get (without doing it in a vehicle) as well as anything else with a high IAR kill or time requirement.

I'm thinking because of the prone-crouch delay they added that it will pretty much be Support (grenade spam), and medics that will comprise the majority of players.
So getting 45 teamwork score as a medic on this map shouldn't be that hard?

45 teamwork isn't even that hard now, really. You figure all of your kill damage assists, heals, revives, and flag cap/assists are all considered 'teamwork' score it can add up pretty fast. It really only takes one good round now to pull it off. Or, just be an Mi-28 pilot on Sharqi with a semi-decent gunner and he'll probably collect 45 kills throughout the round, so there's your 45 teamwork.

No vehicles = no vehicles to repair
No vehicles = no chance of having an AT mine run over
No arty = no arty to repair
= no engineers
The only classes that are more likely to get their badges are likely medic, support, and sniper.
