    Do Not BUY Battlefield2 !

This game is buggy. It suffers from intermittent server

crashes. This means that none of your efforts for that

round are recorded or credited. You can imagine how

frustrating it is playing flatout for 45 mins to get a

gold medal and the server crashes a couple of minutes

before the end of the round. Guess what bud, none of it

    is counted.
The game also crashes you right back to the desktop

intermittently straight after you waste all that time

    loading the map.
There are also people who cheat who can soak up

amazing amounts of damage, see through walls and get 1

shot kills with weapons that need 3 or 4 shots to the

    head to kill.
It wouldnt be so bad if there was a good single player

option, but the bots are dumb and the maps are small.

You can not even practice the jets in single player. So

    you are stuck with multiplayer.
The commander option sounds good on paper but it only

goes to the highest ranked player who opts for it, so

dont expect to command for a long time. Then if you

do everyone abuses you cause you dont know what you are

doing, and they vote to kick you out.
Oh, and good luck earning points because if the above

is not bad enough all the ranked servers are friendly

fire enabled. This means you lose 2 points for killing

someone on your team and 1 point for damaging them or

their vehicle. This would be fair enough but the person

who you kill has the option of "PUNISHING" you and you

lose an extra 6 points making it a total of 8 for each

costly mistake and on public servers EVERYONE PUNISHES

!! So if you hit a fully loaded vehicle and it blows up

you can automatically lose 18 POINTS !! Which is a

ridiculous amount for one mistake. Especially when you

might average 10 points a round on some maps when your

starting out. If you get to many punishes you get

kicked from the server. Punishing ultimately negates

the effectiveness of mines and c4, they just are not

worth the risk. Which otherwise would be a fun part of

the game, but if players see a red x where you have

layed a mine they nearly always run over it so they can

punish you in case you have a better score then they do.
If you try and fly a plane , players jump in front of

you when you take off so they can punish you, kill some

one with a grenade by mistake and they will punish you.

I have even seen players blow up planes on the same team

just out of spite cause they are not the ones flying.
So in short save yourself the frustration of banging

your head against the wall and the abuse from strangers

when you dont do what they want you to and stay well

away from this game until theses issues are addressed. I

    know I will be.

This game is also my favourite game and this is a BF2 forum, so I don't think you are going to get very far with the title statement

            Don't post anymore. You
            have

            serious problems

            with

            too sensitive

            enter button
            and your messages look

            silly.

Also, I think that you're about a year too late with your "campaign"...

I didn't even read all of that..

              But I can tell you...

ANY TK, is -4... automatically. Regardless of whether the guy you TK'd punishes or not.

If they punish, it goes to an imaginary count, if the server has it so punish is optional.. for example... if the server has it set so you are allowed 4 punished TK's, if you get say, 5 TK's, but only 3 people punish, you will get -20, but you won't get kicked. As soon as you get the required number of people to punish you in a round, you get kicked. As simple as that.

And just about everyone here already has BF2, and has had it for a long time.. what is the point of telling everyone NOT to get it? There are only a few people that come here to ask if they should get it.
