Please Define "100 Best Round"

I am trying to get the People's Medallion Medal. I have gotten all the other medals without paying attention the the 100 Best round requirement but for this one it seems like I can't achieve it. On UBAR it says I have 96 out of 100. I have seen a few definitions of this stat.

One needs a score of 100 in the round
If so, does this mean I have done this 96 times and need 4 more rounds with 100 points. Or does this mean my highest score as China in a round was 96? I don't think I have had 96 rounds of 100 points btw

You need to get on the Top score list and the end of the round. Either best medic, aviator, revive , etc. I thought this was most likely it but I know that since I have been checking this stat I have done that many times and my 96 out of 100 has not changed.

Can someone please define this requirement for the Army (People's) Medallion.

You need a score of 100 points or over in the one round .

The 96 is the best score you have managed while playing PLA in a round untill you beat it that will stay the same . I got my best round 103 on wake island .

it means a score of 100 or more in a round. eg: i got 92 here.

Iv had 212 on wake island as pla and havent recieved anything,not just once but a few times..so im also wondering if you may need some other requirment

why dont your post an ss of it. i dont believe u got 212 that many times in a row. cant be the exact score. and best round jus means the best you ever got, what other requirements are there to be the best? why, of course its the highest score you ever got playing that map!
