Unless a spec op spawned and C4ed him, but I could have killed the spec op. It just amazes me, the amount of idiocy I find on servers every day. Incredible.

I've noticed this too. it's really starting to piss me off when say our team has no flags, yet a whole squadworth of people is on the ground, waiting for a freaking chopper or sniping or some crap. I've also noticed it when I'm trying to cap a flag, and I'm under fire and call for help, allies are nearby but nobody comes to help. There was one indcident on Kubra Dam where I was capping the Brigde Base. I killed about 3 guys as they spawned (I was anti tank) and was constantly calling for help. Ablout 4 allies were within sprinting distance, bur proceeded to take the newly-spawned tank and run off with it, or go hunting for headshots with the sniper rifle. That got me really ticked off. I finally capped the base, and was defending it, but then nobody else helped with defending so we lost it. What's up with all these noobs, yes noobs, not simply assisting to get a flag, and getting a few points in the process? It's a team game, so play for the team.

Theres more teamwork in games that dont have "stats" that in 1 more year wont mean anything cause everybody will be playing on a newer game

I had a round a few days ago on wake, where the WHOLE of my team, except for me and two others, went "on strike" and hid in the carrier because the pla were owning us. Eventualy I had to capture the airfield on my own, just to make them start playing, and even then some stayed behind. I wish there was a "whole team kick" option

I try to cap any flag I think that I can. Especially high priority ones like the airfield on wake or tv station on sharqi. I will always try to ket into the capture area of a flag, I'm not going to sit on the outskirts and spawn camp

I dont think its flag shy, I think its flag defending shyness thats the epidemic! You'r team cap's the flag, 2 seconds later 2 tank's roll by and just re-cap the flag. Instead of respawning as AT's they spawn somewere else. WAC!!!!!

317 hours played. Ground troop not affraid to take a flag. 17 of those as commander, but 290 in a squad. The problem I run into with trying to cap a flag, is that most will not go in with you. I will start capping a flag and they squad will disappear, then I get naded. Having the flag almost at gray. I guess people don't realize that it goes down faster if there is more then one person and that you need to get out of a vehicle to make it go faster. If my gunner won't jump out of a tank, I do. That way it will go faster, then we are more vulnerable.

I think the problem is that the people reading this are team players and are posting. The ones that are just out for a kill and solo players are either not posting or are not part of the community. (Shrugs) Not really sure though.

it is becuz the team is full of N00BS!N000000BS!and they cant do sh** for them selves...that or they just dont follow orders...sucks to be the commander

it depends what role i am doing, if i am in a jet, i cant obviously go and cap a flag and same when in attack heli, i dont feel attack helis should be capping flags. if i am a ground pounder though, for example karkand i go and cap flags. mind you it seems most the time the team all just go in to one area for a grenade frenzy, good for me though as the enemy is also in this frenzy. and besides, if we talk about points. if i was USMC on karkand, i could easily go around and cap CP and have more points then my team, as it seems the MEC never catch on till too late :)

Capping a flag is good thing, but I think defending a flag is great thing

The poll says 62% are not flag shy but on pub servers I never see 3 out of 5 people going for radius.
