to 1.4 beta or not 1.4 beta?

Hi all,
As a newcomer to both the forum and bf2 do you recommend installing the new beta patch or should I leave it until the proper patch. I am reluctant as since I've swapped my radeon 9800 128 mb for a nvidia 6600 256 mb I've suffered only one ctd, I don't really want to suffer all that frustration as vented on the forum. Do the benifits (If any?) warrent the install?.

The beta is for people who are willing to test it for EA. It's not advised to install it if it's just for gaming if you see what I mean.

If you've only had 1 CTD then I wouldn't bother.

At the moment you'll have to wait for the beta2 patch to come out as ther beta1 servers are gone.

I would install it follow the notes make a backup of you current game how it tells you and play. if you dont like it simpily wipe it off.

give it a try the new map is good, and the inf only option is also a bonus but like a said about the cars in my topic i have just opend its a shame they have not put any in.
