Is there any way to enable Battlerecorder in the In Game Server Creation Tool?

You mean you want to make BR work on your own server? If so just type into the console (while ingame) "demo.recorddemo nameofyourchoice" and when you want to stop recording type "demo.stoprecording"

You can control the quality of the demo by going to C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings\serversettings.CON and changing the "1" in the line "sv.demoQuality 1" from 1-10, 10 being the highest quality.

Sweet, just 1 other thing, where do I find them when they're recorded? I looked in the community tab but didn't see it there.

In the C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\demos folder, move them to C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos folder and they will show up in the community tab.
