Yes. Once you've played SF with an account you will get 2 unlocks with each promotion instead of 1.

For real, damn! I bought the BF2/SF pack just last week, I haven't played the SF yet though, do you know if it is retroactive. Meaning will I get an additional two unlocks for the two I've already earned, or will start with my next one?

I was skeptical of this at first, after reading this at work I went home and tried it. Just as the nice gentleman said; I logged onto an SF map, logged off and back on...a drum roll and two extra unlocks were waiting for me when I did.
