We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.
maybe the hacker aslso hacked and changed his rank?
did they change the email you created the account with?
if not go to the forgot password in the manage account section when you log in and you will get the password then you can change it
Looks like the person who hijacked his account has hit a k&p, stat padded or exploited the game etc.
Unless we have a theory that he himself was caught and stats wiped then he pretends that his password was stolen, then to try obtain stats back blame it on an imaginery person who he claims hacked his account and got his stats wiped.
