Rank help Plz!

Hi,

i need some advice, heres my problem:

i am currently ranked as Master Sergent and i'm working on my First Sargent rank. i have over 34,000 global points and all of the required badges (says the internet)

why havnt i been promoted yet? has anyone else had a similar problem? i think i should have been promoted about 14,000 points ago when i reached 20,000 points so im a bit baffled.

any thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated...i really really want to unlock another weapon...
