Unlocked P90

Just made gunny sgt, and I unlocked the p90 since I cant seem to do anything with the DAO.

OMG I love the AT class now. The P90 is awesome, hold down the mouse button and just let it go in CQC. Not to mention it has plenty of range. You cant exactly duel an actual rifle at range, but mid distance its okay.

Any tips for using the DAO? Do I need to put the crosshair on the person? Or just get them inside the circle? Aim for the head? I may give the DAO another shot if I get some good tips, but for now Im using the P90

Why not use the pp-19 the mec anti tank default SUCKS at long distance but CQC it can MOW down people

i always use the pp19. can mow down lots of peeps in 1 mag. pity there are only 2 mags.

To use effectively do not aim at head coz shootin fast has alot of recoil, instead aim at waist level and fire mayb 5 well placed shots. Repeat if necessary.

Up until the release of the p90, I was a firm believer that all the weapons compared to unlocks were pretty much equal (for all those nay sayers who say BF2 is unfair because if you just started playing you get pwned because of unlocks). But the p90 is by far the best unlock with ammo, range, and accuarcy; it definitly blows the default weapon away on any team.

aim for the upper check
it should hit them in chest and head cause they spread out. also, ran around when shooting, and run in circles. remember, moving doesnt decrease the accuracy. always reload, after ever kill (if there r no ppl around)

The prefer the DAO-12 rather than the P90. It's a good weapon to rip up people that come around the corners. You just have to fire quickly but watch your ammo when you're facing couple guys at once and not go crazy with the rapid firing. Otherwise, you'll have to go pistol.

Have to work on it with my next unlocks....... the DOA is a firm weapon to have in your hands if used correctly..

It seems that every game developer has a hard time with the P90. In Jiont Operations from Novalogic it was so accurate that you strafe back and forth at 200m and get headshots very very often.

It fires a wimpy 4.7mm bullet in real life and only the Belgian police have adopted it. It's not a real battlefield weapon and it has no place in the game - just because they use it in Stargate 1, doesn't mean taht it can pass true military muster.

"The reload trick" This has saved my *** countless times. What you do is, if your out of ammo, and there is no good hiding place, begin to reload, after reloading however many shells (not full reload). Change weapons, now change back quickly, you'll have those bullets, but with no full reload, saves time and saves lives!
