    Looking awesome, Smiley!

I was so impatient during the download of that teaser but it was well-worth the wait! Looks like you're certainly raising the bar for the rest of us ... Not too high, I hope (although from the looks of that trailer, I'd say that's a distinct possibility). I can't believe you were seriously contemplating the idea of shelving this project. Going by that teaser, it's obvious you've poured a great deal of time and effort into making something truly unique, with outstanding production values all-round.

You better stick to that release date because I'm going to be anticipating the full project throughout the next week and if the 21st comes around and it's not available for download, I'll be very disappointed!

        Anticipating indeed, I'm positively tingling!

For someone who can't even bare to open a modelling program, I can't even begin to dream of what movies can be done after what I saw there.

Nice teaser man. I liked the use of the cable holding the "Do Not Feed" box below the Blackhawk.

dosen't work for me. Music starts playing, screen is black...after 10 seconds or so music stops, then starts again...and blah..nothing again.

I had the same problem, RS-Rom, but you can download it directly by copying this link into your internet browser:

(Don't click on it as a link ... just copy and paste the full line).

              Worked for me, anyway. :)

                Ta for he replys guys.
Its compressed with DivX, im tyring different audio compressing to keep the size down if anyone has problems with audio let me no. But i'll probley leave the audio uncompressed in the final release which means the file size will be much much bigger.
                Cheers.

Anywhere other than PutFile? For some reason Embedded Windows Media doesn't work on my computer... Player shows up and everything but It never attempts to load the movie.

Please you really don't want to leave the audio uncompressed, the file size is affected more than you would really expect and the overall movie size would increase 10 fold approx. (like having the audio converted into .wav format)
I don't have virtual dub, but from what I guess; rendering out your movie uncompressed than using virtual dub to compress it into any codec’s you want is the best and simplest way of solving the lack of DivX audio codec problems in Vegas.
Read Xios' guide on the sticky.

I compressed the audio in the teaser @ mpeg-layer3 @ 56 kbits,24,000 Hz Stereo " from uncompressed pcm/wav 48 hz and the lose was very small. Uncompressed was 25 + mb and with the above settings " in the teaser " was 15 mb. So i'll piss around with it a bit more & see what happens ?
Anyone have problems with audio let me no.

I think not many video producers know that there's actually a way to convert to more than 56 kbps in the mp3 option for DivX/Xvid movies.

Steps to get more than 56kbps quality

                            1. Make sure LAME codec is installed.

                            2. Go to Run and type in "Regedit."

                            3. Then go to
                            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\
                            Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32

                            4. Change "msacm.l3acm" to "l3codecp.acm."

                            5. Done. :)
