i just downloaded the editor dont know what todo first to add ground and vehicle and stuff

Read the Tutorials for the Editor, if you don't have them, download them from EA:s site.

Another great site to learn the Editor or ask questions to the mapping-community is:

But do a topics search first about making terrain etc on the Editor Forum site. There are already a ton of topics asking these questions over and over, they don't need another one...
