when I am in an APC, and I see some infantry but cannot get them with the main gun (for example, they are behind chain link fenses...we all know these 20mm or so rounds cannot penitrate chain link fenses....lol) so I just jump into one of the machine gun ports that face the enemy and kill them that way.

I've had to do that on Kubra, when I'm at the lower dam flag and someone sits there on the ramp leading out to the TOW missile. Rather than chase after him I've hopped into the side gunner seat and shot him. Beyond doing that I've only got one kill while truly a passenger, and that was on Dalian when one guy got behind us and tried to C4 us.

Only gotten about 2 or 3 kills on Karkand... the APC must be still and the enemy usually either still, or running perpendicular to the APC right at the gun.

I do that too, and whenever I'm driving a jeep I just hold down the mouse unless I'm sneaking up, but usually I'm doing some type of Leeroy Jenkins blitz

I have never gotten a kill with these either... after (only) 22,500 points all i have ever done is annoy the driver by firing the guns to the beat of whatever music i am listening to.

lol i do the same thing
but i did kill a few ppl with this before in one round. the gun is called a 25MM chain gun i think, and of cource since nobody EVER gets kills with it, some ppl thought i was hacking with a new weapon called a 25MM chain gun when they saw it in the corner

Have you ever gotten a kill with one of these guns? I never have. The vision field is very small and the APC is usually moving too fast/bumping around for me to pump enough shots into a guy to kill him. Also, when you look at the APC, there are no guns or even gun ports on there, where the machine guns should be. Double you tee eff?

I know EA really needs to give these guns some steroids

I've gotten 5-6 kills with those guns. There should be a stat for them. lol. Then you'd see APC's blazin from all directions.

only once did i ever get anyone with those side guns. i did end up getting like 4-5 on wake one time. i just sat in the side gun with no driver in the middle of the beach and took out a boat that popped around the corner.......sigh....... good times.

i got one the other day, its hard to aim due to bad angles, heats up too fast and sounds terrible, but it does fire fast ammo which hurts >.<

I was in the back of an APC when the driver pulls over in a supposedly quiet spot and hops out to repair (I wasn't an engineer). As he was wrenching away right in front of me an enemy appears behind him with a knife and I was able to blast him. The driver freaks out for a second thinking I was firing at him, but turns and sees the enemy and quickly jumps back in.

I just got a few kills with them today, about 6. My driver was spawncamping the Karkand alleys. I just decided to get a kill or two with those guns, then I rushed in and was promptly shot.

I always play in third person perspective. (so i can see whole vechile and jump out incase C4 come on).

anyways, I sometimes fire randomly just for fun. The other day, I was just shooting, and then all of the sudden it says i kill someone with my gun. lol.

i dont even know where he was, or who died. lol. it was great feeling t hough.
