unlock on 2nd promotion, awards dont count towards promotion, nor do they get u more points. they are jst things to mark an achievment for a certain thing. e.g. basic assault

When you get promoted again you will get your first unlock. This is also in your BF2 manual I believe.

I just got online last week and i have a medal,ribbon and one rank...............when will get an unlock
