There was a claim of 2 million copies sold of Vanilla BF2. Dunno if that was official though but it was posted in a similar thread on this board.
The ranked numbers leave out the unranked / mod players.

BF2's only counts those over 100 GS. What about all the PVT's or people who made other accounts or accounts they don't want etc that are under 100.

if you count the bought BF2's, it might be around 2 millions... but then.. count in the warez too. gotta be atleast 100k more or so.
