Sick of Error Reporting forums

Hello all!

i been checking the EA Bug Report forum thread, and i must say, it is a HELL!
Not that there are so many bugs, its just that i must read through20 pages of posts, before i know that the bug i want to report, is already there.

Now, i see this thread here too, and i check it out....
Exactly the same! tons of posts, which makes me loose the focus on the bugs reported.

it got so bad, that i couldnt sleep!

So, since i really need my sleep, i skipped 1 night, and set up a nice and clean Bugtracker system.

The system is lightweight, Fast, and is moderated.
We have a forum for the discussions, but the BUGS can only be submitted in the bugtracker.
Also included, the possibility to upload your DUMP Files or Screenshots.

No Nonsense, only bugs......

true - but no harm in creating something better than the requested channels. To be honest, I don't think bug reporting should be done in a forum.

I'm reasonably sure that the people at Dice compiling bug lists use an internal system of some type to track reported issues.

My bet is scribbling on napkins during lunch while reviewing sites on their wireless PDAs.

IS what about setting up something like the ticket system for reporting bugs, then DICE could come in and pull down all the bug reports in a better format. Then they could get an idea of how many of these bugs are very common, how many are rare etc.
