u cant record demos on internet games only local ones
for if u want demos from online games u need to use servers that have battlerecorder running

if u want to do a test try this
i have only been able to get battle recordings this way

1. play the game(do a stunt etc) on a server that has battlerecorder

2. dissconnect from the server once the map/round has finished( but dont quit/logoff from Bf2 )

3. go to community and download the game ive just played

ive found that its best to get the files straight away

if u want to do a test try the TV2 ranked servers they all have battlerecorder

if that was a local server forget all of the above
