When a map is fully loaded and im waiting to join a game my computer blocks and gets out of the game

Look at your system even log file.

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer

I'm pretty sure hes describing a Crash to Desktop.

Try hitting escape (Esc) key instead of the join game button when it apears.

oh, or u can try reapply the full 1.3 patch. its a very common prob.
