Okay, I have the 1.3 patch and everything was going perfect until today. Suddenly after loading finishes and I get ingame, the mouse and keyboard instantly will not work ingame. However, I can still do stuff on they keyboard relating to Windows -- e.g. pausing/playing Media Player, and Alt-F4'ing. It is just in BF2 after connecting/loading that I cannot do ANYTHING. Server browser and the other stuff works fine. The game is running fine, and I can see people moving in the background, kills being shown, people talking etc, it looks like it is perfectly fine it is just STUCK. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is?

whenever that happens to me it is usually my ingame connection.... but normally it tells me. -

same here....its ur vpu i beleive....wat i did to fix is that i opened my case. your video card is most likley overheating.Comment

Or, your power supply may not be powerfull enough. As the outside temp rises, the computer inside temp rises and an already overburden psu will start really showing the strain.Originally posted by ThefT
