Ok, so I have a 5mb connection, but my ping is always through the roof. Done spyware scans, disabled firewalls, but nothing helps. Below are my specs:

Western Digital Raptor 150GB 10,000 RPM 16MB Cache Serial ATA150
2 Nvidia 7900 GTX
Sound Card Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum
