max settings and resolution?

i'm wondering how high of settings and resolution my computer and monitor can run bf2 on.

monitor: 17' samsung 740N

it can run at 1280 x 1024 resolution. graphics wise, it depends on your gfx card. a better gfx card can run it at higher settings and with more eye candy on.

Smoothly, I give it a medium-high. You would probably be able to run it highest if you had more RAM. My old 2.8ghz P4 runs BF2 ok, its just bottlenecked by the graphics card so I think a single core at 2.66 would do similar.

oh, i didnt read finish. that was one lengthy note. u got the 7800gtx. it sure would run it at high settings i believe.

Everything should definetly run all high, you got a good CPU, 1gig of RAM and a 7800 256mb in there. Definetly you should have no problems.
