More difficult to find good servers every day...

I really liked 24/7 Sharqi - Insomniacs365 server. But without proper administration it's become a proving grounds for every hacker wannabe.

I think last night was the last straw. I was on MEC and we took the TV station. I spawned Spec Ops to destroy the assetts. I destroyed one arty and was C4'n the other when I noticed a supply crate drop at the destroyed arty.

I love seeing that because I can get a reload of C4. So I blow up arty #2 and head over to refill the C4 and blow up arty #1 again. Thats when I saw the supply crate dropping on arty #2. Thats two supply crates in under 5 seconds.

The whole time this is going on, the arty is firing. One volley after another, non-stop.

I rigged up both Arty with C4 and blew them both up at the same time. Thats when it started raining supply crates. The arty was being repaired faster then I could destroy it.

I was doing a pretty good job of running back and forth between the arty, getting resupplied by crates, and dodging the constant barrage of artillery. During one of my *Dead* periods I commented that someone on the server was running a Commander Hack, and that it's raining supply crates.

I was told "**ck Off Noob", and that was one of the kinder comments.

One guy did offer some solid advice. "If you don't f**k'n like it go to another server".

I've never ran into the Commander Hack but that server sounds really gay.

lucky for me i have never played on a 'hacked server'. i only play on my countries local servers due to our **** single tele-communications company,their **** ISP and the cap we get given (3gigs),stupidly high pings when playing overseas. i want to go to England, and have these guys as my ISP: https://www.bethere.co.uk/.so i only play in my country.

the rounds are always close and the players are all good, exept sometimes when the server has all the best players on one team, then the round is over in 5min & you sitting there going "what the hell just happened?"

i cant really comment cos i havent played on int servers, exept Allied Forces clan server (i think its Allied Forces).

oh and the best thing, NO ONE CHEATS or has any HACKS. lovin' it

We just recently setup a 24/7 Best Maps - BattlefieldPodcast.com Ranked server. Running Dual Opteron Processors on a 100MB Backbone. It has super smooooth and buttery gameplay. We have several outstanding experienced Admins so there will most likely be an Admin on the server most of the time. I have been on there 4 times in the last 2 days and there is somthing going on with their server. I was on and there were alot of people complaining about aimbots and hacks. Very odd gameplay to say the least.

Insomniacs365 server is a good server to play on, never have problems there.

It might have been the phase of the moon or something last night. I'd heard about the "Commander Hack" but it was the first time I saw it in action.

At one time there must have been half a dozen supply crates dropping. And the arty was firing barrage after barrage.

I didn't even mention the guy with all the head shots (from a PKM). He was getting around 80+ kills a round (with a PKM). The reason I didn't mention him is that it's *possible* that he's just a very good player. Though I checked his stats and around March 1st his numbers JUMPED up dramatically.

I took insomniacs365 off my favorites list last night. I'll just look for another.
