This might sound like a noob question but i was just wondering if the 1.4 patch beta patch is just to test it out how its going 2 be or its the actual game patch.

its a test, thats why its a BETA, they see what it fixes, and what problems it causes then fix thoes, so not its not the final version its a testing in shorter words
