yeah i saw that same video a while ago on a site i cant remember the name of...
i think its http://www.secretsofbattlefield.com/ or somethign like that,,,

also if you drop a suply crate on that bit of the roof then you can get on to the higher roof with the red banner:

FYI This can only be done by unarmored kits.

You don't need a supply crate

there's a pipe right next to the higher roof which you can jump onto it
