If you read it once you go there, the way and location of the battlerecorder files is there. You can email the files if small or burn them to a CD if too large for email.
If you are missing it, I can copy and paste the specific sections for you but actually the whole guide rocks and you should read through it all to have a fairly deep understanding of the recorder.
