IIRC the DVD was a limited run. Which most places sold out of it rather quick.

Yeah I got my DVD last summer, haven't seen it in stores since.

you can still get the dvd on amazon, i bought one about 2 months ago (maybe not even that long ago)

Only got SF as a DVD. EA were kind enough to give me a copy of BF2 but it is on cd's. I'm definatly not complaining.
