The mistakes people make when playing bf2

yes, this is a thread so people can list the mistakes they make and also the mistakes they see others make in bf2. Hopefully some people may learn a little from this thread (hopefully).

1. Getting out of armour in the middle of a fight to repair. (see it all too often, try to go to a different area and repair. Saw a colonel get out his tank, repair it only to have a enemy medic jump in it.

2. Engineers not defusing mines. If your an engineer don't walk over mines you see!!!, you can 'defuse' them and they will disappear. All too often again i see this. Be helpful!!

3. Standing at aa's.When the game starts on wake island don't go to the aa at the north base first of all, its a f-35 bullet magnet.( funny when you see people actually fighting over it).

4. Grenade spamming the hotel, at the beginning of the round, its best to spam the area however, don't continue to do it!! ( all too often i see guys usmc guys running in only to be killed be a teammate. No fair!!

5. c4 tanks... .It takes two c4 to take out a tank, again don't know how many people use only 1 c4.

6. Taking pot shots at armour. loool, this one makes me laugh . (never shoot tanks with your pkm or whatever, it takes 0 damage to them and also gives your position away so easily, very funny .

7. Not checking that the aa has two missiles in it before you fire it. Big heli flies over ready to explode and you only got 1 aa!!, crap!

Anybody else either does those mistakes? or post the mistakes that you have come across players doing!

Going perfectly still when against a sniper. Big mistake, you're just inviting a headshot. Pull out every single n00b trick in the book to throw his aim off, afterall, he did choose the lamest kit in the game, it's only fair that you reply with lame moves such as prone spamming/dolphin diving/noob toobing/grenade spamming etc...

gosh i hate this, i once got revived and then killed by the same person 3 times in a row.

5. c4 tanks... .It takes two c4 to take out a tank, again don't know how many people use only 1 c4.

Although when I see a tank and it seems relatively unharmed, I'll pop two onto it, it is safer to say it only takes about 1.5 packs of C4. If the tank has already visually taken a couple of AT hits (smoking), I'd try to conserve C4. Five packs mean five tank kills if I time it right. This is if you notice no supply ammo packs on the ground. I always laugh at the Medic or the Supply that refuse to drop packs. A SpecOps has to conserve his C4 for maximum benefit if possible. Nothing is sadder than spending 10 minutes in a game without any C4 as a spec ops. The second you use your last pack and live, opportunities jump out of the sky at you for C4 use and all you can do is the ole Homer "Doh!!~~"

Engineers can defuse mines?? I've never seen that. I once put 2 C4 on a tank and it didnt blow up. I then got killed. From then on, I've always used three, unless of course the tank is smoking.

oh yea, eryx shots, humvees, snipers. Dislike pilots who do that.

The c4 thing, well i would say roughly that this week ive had 4 guys placing 1 c4 on my tank with full health, i then type to them it takes 2!!, lol

If you see a mine, use your wrench on it. Also Claymores (from behind only) I've been told but never had the opportunity of trying it.

are there weakspots on a tank for c4 aswel? cud one well placed c4 take out a full tank? never seen it b4, but i jst thought of it wen u guys wer talkin bout # of c4 for 1 tank.

+ seeing a guy who is taking fire jst drop to the floor. chances are if they can see u to shoot u wen u are standing up, they can still shoot u wen ur lyin down. jst makes it easier as u cant move as fast.
