When are those EA 1.4b servers coming online? I want to play but can only see like 3 servers up all with poor pings in my browser.

Just put a vid up on killing J10s with the F35 in 1.3. It WORKS, just not as well as 1.2 or 1.4.
I dont claim to be an uber pilot. I just found a technique in firing the missles.Comment

Servers are in the works. We are keeping things locked down a little in the first day. Feel free to curse me if it helps. :)
Some more EA hosted servers should be going up soon. Tomorrow we should get a bit more running later in the day (swedish time).Comment

How can I tell? Because you got off all 6 missiles on them when that should never happen against even a decent pilot flying a J10.

Well I cant force the J10 pilots to do things. Its true, they did suck. But most people say that if you launch all missles at a guy going perfectly straight, he will dodge them all. The J10 is ********, but it isnt that much of ********.
Besides I learned this technique from watching YOU colony. When I get bored I track really good pilots and just watch them in third person. I notice that you slow down before firing all 6 missles against a J10 pilot and it works. I tried it in an empty server with a friend and found that it works. Saw it under your account criimore. I even made a thread about it. After that game, I went into an empty server and experimented with it.
And I cant even record very long with FRAPs and I took all of this footage today in a half full 64 man server. So Im not gonna run into anyone uber fantastic in a pub. This has worked against some really 'good' J10 whores.
And then you give me the question of whether or not I can even achieve a lock against a decent pilot. Well thats true. Im not against a missle change for the better but I am getting tired of people saying that the missles never hit. With practice you can do it.
When I play regularaly I can shoot missles off very well and land 75 percent of them.
But hey, at least it gives you some comedy value that most J10 pilots suck ass anyways.Comment

I know that 90% of the missiles they will fire at me I can easily dodge.
I know that with the J10 "UFO like" pitch ability that I can easily stay on their tail and easily get them off my 6 with no problems.
I know that with the J10 it takes only 1 second get a lock on an opposing F35. (F35 it takes 1.5 seconds to get a lock-on on the J10 and all the other aircraft)
I know that my missiles will be 99% accurate against the F35.
With these severe disadvantages the F35 pilot must face, he needs something to at least somewhat even the playing field. He should be able to know that if he gets 2 good missile shots off at that J10, that he will most likely destroy that J10.
If you would like to make another movie with me being the J10 pilot, I'd love to show you how bad it is. I just dont think you know the extent of the J10 dominance in every category over the F35.Comment

But if you took a J10 and an F35 and 'set up' a dogfight. You put the F35 pilot on a J10s six, then ask the pilot in the J10 to do a full afterburner turn (the most common thing that someone will do in a pub) and you use this technique, you will hit them, regardless of the pilot.
Yes the J10 OWNS the F35 in ALL categories, I know that perfectly. And I am not against a change in that. But there are ways of hitting a J10 with missles, thats all I am saying.
Actually getting a lock is a whole different story.
Colony, I think that your excellence in aviation in this game has blinded you to how ****ing bad the average pilot is. This will work against an average pilot.
Again, I am not against a change in the ****tiness that is the F35/J10Comment
