remember, its only a BETA test patch, and only on UNRANKED servers, NOT the real 1.4, just so people know

You must be new here. EA.com is usually more than 24 hours behind the time of official releases.

I guess you'll have to download the patch to get to the readme.txt

I do. Sentience has provided some links to the EA large Downloads too. I'm getting ~160 kbps downloading it now.
