Name already in use crap....

I had bought AF and EF with 2 separate EA downloader accounts by accident, so EA kindly merged them into 1 account.

I have to go into my EA downloader account and change the username but it wont let me without the 'Name already in use' crap.

So, WHY am I able to play Armored Fury? Answer I think is that somewhere in EA's system there is an Armored fury pointing to my username, if there wasn't how could I play without a username in the ea downloader box?? I cant play Euro forces....

Anyone come across this??

It sounds like EF is associated with a different EA login even though EA merged them.

To be honest, if you've got that much help from them already then they may be the best place to look for help with this problem.

BTW, you don't need to use the EAD. You can just log into ea.com and then go to my account and 'billing'.
