If you liked the movie, the book is a must read. Much more information on what really happened and it even gives a rather balanced accounting that includes the skinny on the Skinny's views (sorry, couldn't help the pun).

I just resently had an interesting chat with a guy from Simolia too. He had some very interesting things to say on the whole business. Most of them aren't appropriate for these boards, tho. :p

100% agree. Was disappointed to find out about Hoot. Wanna know? Read the book.

I recently watched "Black Hawk Down" and I can't believe how much I enjoyed the similarities between the movie and BF2. I felt like I understood more about the military lingo and loved to see all the different weapons and vehicels.

If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. If you have seen it but not since it 1st came out, then go see it again! :ar15:

I want to make a mod JUST for blackhawk down with every the player being able to get into every building and stuff but it wont work :X but yeah that movie ROCKS!

Great movie and the black hawk mini gun in battlefield 2 should be powerful just like in that movie.
