Check Br File For Cheats

Just found this out last night. Please check BR FILES for cheats. How do you do that? Please look for people with NO NAMES during BR playback. Somehow their TAG HACK interfers with the BR FILE NAME TAGS. I found this by checking two BR FILES on the same 2 or 3 players. Legit players names showed up. While the suspected cheaters names didn't show up. You will have to watch the BR FILE to see who the player is when he/she makes a kill. Undetectable hacks are somehow detectable during BR FILE playback with "NO NAME" problem on playback.

If thats true, then it would be a good reason for servers to have BR on.

If it's only tag hacks that cause it then it makes sense, otherwise I dunno...

im fairly certain the number of people using hacks nowadays...........would blow your mind away. And getting worse day by day.

Did I forget to mention that this "NO NAME" on BR FILE only happened to certain CLAN members. Of the 2 BR FILES nobody else had the missing name besides these 2 or 3 clan members. Now these guys are on a very popular clans servers web site forums trying to say " I DON'T HACK". Hopefully the people who run the server will check more BR FILES so they can see for themselves.

If this was the case it would have only been in 1 BR file. This happended in 2 BR files with the same clan members. Probadly more files but I haven't DL'd them. I'll let the people at the server check that out.

you either use hacks, cheats, macros or bend the game...........or just someone who dont really get it.

Anyone thinking that when on a full server filled with over 40 people....1 of those folks are in fact using some sort of hack. I believe more. To sit there and think otherwise .......well your fooling yourself.

Hack sites are filled.......with members, and a certain site that sells hacks, has over 3,000 members. His brother, that brother, his friend, their friend.

If you think im crazy........you still, dont get it.
Besides, if you think someone is hacking.........they probally are. Sorry, i've seen it proven too many times otherwise, to agree with your sarcasm.

There's a few characters that you can manually add to your tag that will cause BR to not display your name properly during playback. The odd thing is that those tags don't display anyway.

There's still a couple tricks you can use to findout who those mystery players are, however.

When I record and I play back any of my stunts, the only thing that shows up is <. So I am guessin the } and everything after that dosnt show.

Mystery solved.
FYI, this went down on the R2 server. pdX is a clan that plays with us R2s quite a lot and they're damned good. Easy to mistake their skills for cheats, but I've personally don't believe they cheat. Other than the occasional rule breach that we had to sort out, they've been good competitors and constantly force me to ramp up my level of gameplay.

Bingo, we have a winner. Just like on some stat trackers you cant search for your username stating with ]> { [ etc. Its the same with the BR. Its got something to do with all those acsii codes that people where using in game, for larger font, colors etc, i bet.
