To be honest, not really. I bought one for myself ages ago, and my wife got me a Zboard. Neither are used much, if at all now. I would say they would be awesome for anyone just starting to play FPS', but if you're like me an have been using a keyboard with WASD controls for 10+ years, its too hard to get used to another method.
