My GOD! I use to be such a supporter of Dice/EA, even when 1.3 came out. I said, it's not their fault. I wasn't having problems. It must be your noobness. Give them the benefit of the doubt... but WTF lately? I can't even stay on a server for a full game.

Come on EA! WHAT THE HELL MAN!

This is just me whining. God, I want a hotfix. WTF is with this two month wait for crap. They could have released a hotfix for the server crashes in a few weeks. I could care less about the other bugs and features crap. Just a stable server!

I agree. A stable ****ing server and less CTDs. Honestly they ****ed up real bad.

They have too much on their hands filing all the reports of stat padders to be bothered with such minute things as you silly "stable" server pfff.

They could just make a simple hotfix 1.31. But nooo! They have to make a beta testing for the whining noobs, to see what thing is going to get nerfed and a new map with infantery only mode, so more bugs come in and the noobs can play CS1.6 style. I think that the DICE guys that make the patch are the BIGGEST NOOBS playing bf2 so they make the patch and nerf everything instead on focus on the bugs. They get owned playing there own game. When I read about the 1.4 new map all my hopes where gone. More new content, no bug fixes. The 1.3 patch is up to 400 MB and the game has more bug than ever. Its not playble , huge fps drops, with the new map it would be like 500 MB. And maybe some bugs without fix. This is sad.
Don't say that its going to be public is going to be better, because the game has been release and the bugs are all over the forums. Why beta test? They already know the bugs of 1.3. Public beta testing is not going to change anything they already know.

Well i'll try my best to look over a lot of current concerns that have been talked about within the community and attempt to put them to rest:

Let's look at some official statements first:

It's very nice of them to claim that I have commited some horrible crime when the reality is that I have simply relocated my property. I can't hack what I own, neither have I broken any piracy laws mainly due in part to the ownership of the website. This is where the whole problem lies.

Who really owns the website? Well let's look deeper into this matter. MyIS claims that I was an employee in their company, and that I was hired to do a service for them and then when i didn't fulfill those services, i was fired.

Here's the reality, I was never hired by MyIS, at best I was a 3rd party contractor and nothing more. If i was hired as an employee, i would of been running around the boards with a [MYIS] tag infront of my name as all the other employees of MyIS posess. I was paid ofcourse, I was paid a generous $300 dollars for the whole website, problem is I never discussed such a payment prior to receiving such a check in the mail. Naturally, I accepted because money is money and I didn't feel at the time that there would be reprecussions such as these.

Now comes the origin of the ownership scandal, because i accepted that $300 check, does that mean I sold totalbf2? Well ofcourse not! I'm a minor, and thus as previously stated, I cannot sign any contracts without any parent or guardian, that never happend. That means MyIS never received legal ownership of the website, which means they do NOT own TotalBF2.com.

Now, many people are worried about having their information stolen and such, well if my intentions were to steal everyones personal information, why would I want to spend countless hours making discussion boards with new designs, content, and a huge network planned just to steal some lousy passwords which I may add are not retrievable. Don't take my word for it! Even they state that it's practically impossible to crack the passwords. Hell, if with the access I had, would it of just been easier to setup my own script on totalbf2 directly if my intentions were to steal everyones passwords? And what is really stopping MyIS from selling all your personal information either. The point im trying to get across is that no one is out to exploit your personal information.

So we've established that I am the owner of Total Battlefield 2, this means that the existance of *********** is not in breach of any laws or policies. I can do what I please with my own property, am I not correct?

Now let's look at MyIS, pretty shameful behaviour if you ask me. Deleting posts and banning people? You don't see me banning individuals for making ignorant posts. If I had something to hide, i would be afraid, and clearly MyIS has displayed this behaviour... oh and did I mention their cheap corporate hand outs? [IMAGE]

This type of behaviour simply proves the type of inviduals MyInternetServices is made up of. They have used their scare tactics against the public in attempt to feed you their truth.

tbh, i've never had a problem with the 1.3 patch..never a crash nor problems with bugs..except once the red name bug...its strange how it seems to effect some more than others...any idea why?
