Getting badges in older patches?

Hi there!

Just a simple very short questin here. Is it possible to get badges and points in older versions of BF2? Like patch 1.01 and others?

It's possible to aquire points so I guess that you can get badges also.

It's possible to play 1.01 and cap flags in blackhawks and such.

Not a lot of servers out there but a lot of people keeping them full.

Uhu... Isn't there any restriction on older versions of BF2? I've heard alot of people saying that "oh noes, you can't get points in 1.01" etc.

How is it with mods? Do are you able to get points in them too?

Supposedly, ranked servers must be kept up-to-date with the latest release, but you can still find some 1.22 ranked servers out there.

How is it with mods? Do are you able to get points in them too?

Currently, mods are not allowed on ranked servers. You can only get ranked points and awards on ranked servers.

Yeah I heared you could install two patches on the same drive or something like this C:/PROGRAM FILES..../BF2/ 1.0 Version
And this C:/PROGRAM FILES..../BF2/ 1.3 Version

Would be cool though I still think 1.0 And the other patches are better than 1.3..

You can only get ranked points and awards on ranked servers.
