Low resolution = Low FPS

Well I run medium/High at 1024x768 and I get an average of 30 fps, 20 fps in a firefight. I am wondering Why TF Bf2 runs like shiat. I have done all of the Above

• Reformat
• New Drivers
• Page FIle
• AGP Tweak
• Killed windows processes
• Virus/Anti-virus Scan
• Overclocked VideoCard and runs at 60 C
• Defrag
• Windows XP Performance Tweaks

My card is agp and runs in agp 4x(Dell mobo doesn't support 8x. BTW can I force it somehow to 8x?)

My Specs.
Dell Precision 340
P4 2.6 GHZ
1gb (4x 256mb sticks) RDRAM
eVGA 6800gs (Unlocked Pipelines, OC'ed to 430,1.20mhz)
Thermaltake 430 watt PSU (Output: +3.3V@20A, +5V@30A, +12V@18A, -5V@0.5A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@2A)

yeh, ok here get a new computer. or better yet just build one lol. hope i helped!!!

i have specs close to urs and i can run at 40-50 fps average and and like 35 at firefights so its pretty good. dont really know whts wrong wit urs might just be patch 1.3.

oh and also try running all med wit no aa wat so ever. oh yeh u also have a gs version which is like the same as a 6200. i have a 6600 GT so its close to like a 7600gs. so just get a better gfx.

yo i just found out tht all the 6 series cards can run at like 4x or 8x so get like a 6800 gt. its or extreme. there like 150 usd.

6800gs is not equal to a 6200.....

That does sound low for your setup. Mind you you are runnign at 4x speed, so tha twill impact it. The 6800GS is bette than the 6600GT, and its no were near the 6200. You should be able to get into the 40-50's i would think. BF2 is a funny game, try a re-install/re-patch and see if its helps.

2800+ (1.8Ghz 64 bit)
2gb ram PC3200

I run on high with medium texture, no AA, and 1024x768 res.
