Some of these changes are retarded. Infantry only, though I'm sure it will be fun, could ruin the point of the game as a combination of land, sea, and air. All I want EA to do is fix the SAK Hotel glitch, the crashing, and include the new map. Thats it, everything else is either fine or easily tolerable. EA needs to kno what they are fixing and what they are f***ken up.

The infantry only mode is probably just on a few maps, or is an alternate mode that you can choose. Relax, it won't take the place of conquest.

I don't want vehicles to leave BF2. This is Battlefield, and it's about vehicles.

I heard that it probably won't be in 1.4, it's still in the alpha, alpha, alpha stages. It was mentioned in the video ZemonerZ posted the other day.

They could disarm the light transports, for the bigger maps, and make it so players could actually sit in the passenger seats so they would be useful. But infantry only would be cool for a little, but unless they do it right it will just be a diff version of CS.

i think light armor, and maybe an attack chopper for each side would be ok, and still be great infantry.

That's basically no different from Sharqi at the moment (sure, a tank...). An APC and Attack Chopper would completely demolish infantry, and I'd assume the whole point of the mode is for balance.
