I have to say I feel like a hostage now after all the 1.3 bugs have all come out of the wood work...I love playing BF2...Vanilla, SF, Euro & of course AF.

The problems that the 1.3 patch has created is driving me nuts! Crashing to the desktop is not as bad as getting 7/8 through a round and having a slamming score and then...THE GAME FREEZE THING! UUUUHG!!!!

When will they stop working on the NEW and remedy the old! I am looking forward to 2142 for sure but they need to take care of us loyal customers who have supported them through all this CRAP we have to deal with!

I don't know about you other soldiers out their but I don't think our voice is LOUD enough sometime! I am not the only out in BF2 land that feels this way!!! Lets hear from you.

For those of you who have less drama...GOOD and I am glad to hear it at least someof us can finish a game!

To all you well meaning techies out there in cyber land: I never crashed to the DT or had a game freezes BEFORE the 1.3! No I don't add anything to my EXPENSIVE GAMING computer to foul it up! Yes, I have 2...1 gaming and 1 for normal use of internet and business! Yes, I installed the FULL 1.3

Going from satisfied to dissatisfied customer VERY quickly!!! Let EA & Dice hear the BF2 community voice LOUDLY!

agreed. It'd be nice to see some of this crap getting taken care of. You'd think they would want people happy with BF2 before launching 2142..

whatever, they are working on it thats about all you can ask at this point. They should do better testing on their patches thats for sure but whatever how many of these type of posts can we really make, and as for 2142 you can expect it to be much worse as far as bugs go.

1.4 will be beta (OFN), but at least they are making an effort to move in the right direction I guess.

i expect another ****ty patch....and more struggle to play a stable game.....im used to this now.....and wouldnt expect anything less....if BF2 where bug free, it would take me a while to get accustomed to the new game....

This is one of those 1.3 rants, I thought it would be a story about a hostage situation that occured in BF2.

Imagine, the enemy surrounds 10 of your low ranked soldiers with tanks and APCs when your team has 10 tickets left. They demand that one of their players stat pad once to earn his basic knife badge, or the low ranked soldiers would get blown sky high.

This situation would be so cool, but too bad it is never happening.

I dont see that many problems. The only time my desktop crashes is if I exit out of a server and join another one, and I rarely do that. I spend more time having a smooth game then I do waiting to load the game.
