Yes, you have to have Special Forces to do it and you have to search the forums..

Not the WHOLE first set, just the unlock from teh first set for that particular class.

So for example I have already unlocked the G36C I can unlock the second weapon for the Special Forces Kit

You must play one round in a SF ranked server.
