For some reason i can't access my profile ! im sure im putting in the correct password but i cant log on ! i tried the password reset but i never get the email ...... ea has not been a help.....any ideas?

you mean you can't login to your account at all?

could one of your mates know your password and be messing with it?

when i try to log on it says my password is incorrect. i know i am using the password correctly but it wont let me in..... i tried the password reset and it sent an email to the registered email....problem is i never received that email !

Just in case, the profile name "is" case sensitive. So, Mcam01 and mcam01 are considered different accounts.

This may not be your problem, but it has for others.

Have you tried deleting you profile in the BF2 logon prompt? You do this in manage accounts. Then use retrieve option to get your login back.

Alternatively delete it manually from ..\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\ Just delete all folders in there and all profiles should be gone. You will of course need to set video, audio and keyboard settings in the retrieved profile again.

yes, thats what i was doing when all this happened. i did a fresh install of windows and now my password isn't saved anymore. i got my other profile to load but i cant seem to retrieve my 323MP profile. is it possible to have two accounts on the same email ?

No, not really, but just go to gamespyid.com, like you mention above, and change the email of the old account to something else, and create a new account with the old email. You might need to wait a while before creating the new account with the old email, not sure.

What happens if you change the passw at gamespyid.com and use the new passw at the bf2 logon prompt?

still nothing....... EA can't give password support either. password reset is not working and i have had the same email for 5 years ! I have no spam filter so it couldn't be getting blocked.....plus i use the same password for all my online games to avoid this situation......still not sure what happened.... a bug perhaps ? :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
