i havent downloaded any patches and was wondering, do u have to download them all or can u just download the newest one and start from there?

You only ever need the FULL version of the latest patch. In this case it's patch 1.3

EDIT: How can you have 60 posts yet never, ever patched BF2 ?

u can download any of the patches without any prereqs (well...u gotta have BF2, lol) just as long its the FULL patch

And remember, when any new patches come out, preferably don't use the incremental updates, always use the FULL patches.
